Sign Shop Program

Sign Shop Testing & Certification Program in Canada

What is Sign Shop Program?

The sign shop program allows manufacturers to get their typical electric sign designs, production processes, and quality control measures assessed in accordance with UL 48 and CSA-C22.2 No. 207. Those who are certified are then lawfully able to produce electric signs in both Canada as well as The United States. This program is ideal for manufacturers who create many different and/or custom electric signs, and are looking to have each of these signs enter the Canadian or American market.

What Are the Benefits?

The sign shop program is both a cost and time efficient process as it gives manufacturers the opportunity to get certified to produce a variety of electric signs, rather than having to get an individual certification for each sign design.
