| Conditions of Acceptability: | - Installation of the SEC Millenium Hawk Infrared Gas Detector shall be according to the
Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and subject to acceptance by the authority having
jurisdiction.
- SEC Millenium Hawk Infrared Gas Detector shall be supplied by a Class 2 power supply or SELV power supply in accordance with CSA-C22.2 No. 61010-1-12/A1:18 (R2022) and UL 61010-1 Ed:3. - Enclosure suitable for outdoor environment with ingress protection rating of IP66. The presence of an IP66 rating on the product label does not signify that the equipment will necessarily detect gas during or after exposure to those specified conditions. Instruction manual shall provide guidance on determining the suitable calibration interval and maintenance requirements when exposed to conditions representative of the IP rating. - The SEC Millennium detector's performance requirement has been verified to align with the specifications outlined in CSA C22.2 No. 60079-29-1/UL 60079-29-1 specifically when used in conjunction with the SEC 3100 and SEC 3120 transmitter. Suitable for Pollution degree II and Over Voltage Category II. - Suitable Operating altitude: upto 2000m. |
