Voltage Dips and Interruptions

Voltage Dips and Interruptions Testing and Certification services in Canada

Voltage dips and interruptions are caused by sudden changes in power grid, power facility failures or loads. In some cases, there will be two or more consecutive rollovers or interrupts. The voltage change is caused by a continuous change in the load connected to the grid. If the EUT on power supply voltage changes cannot respond in a timely manner, it may lead to failures.

INTL Inc. has voltage dips and interruptions generator that is compliant to IEC 61000-4-11 and can be used to evaluate the performance of electrical and electronic equipment when subjected to voltage dips and short interruptions.
